(the "Company"), licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority ("MFSA") in terms of the Investment Services Act, 1994 (Chapter 370 of the Laws of Malta) and it qualifies as a “UCITS Management Company” in terms of the UCITS Directive and “Alternative Investment Fund Manager” in terms of the AIFMD. In terms of the licence issued by the MFSA, the Company may provide other investment services. The Company is subject to the Laws of Malta as may be amended from time to time.
